judi, i don't know about oregon, but in calif we clients of the regional
center can bypass the rc OT and seek services elsewhere. that is how i
finally got my powerchair. the rc ot and i butted heads from the very start,
so, now, i just go to alta bates' disability health center, and they help me
get stuff.

does your program extend beyond age 18? can you contact your state
developmental disability office to ask for help?
