Hi Mags,

Good genes, hon! My mother at 82 next month, weighs less than 100 pounds.
I've weighed 113-115 since I was 18. So I'll eat my cinnamon-raisin bread with
gobs o butter and jam :)

My dad said years ago, I have the metabolism of 3 people. Either that, or I
have a tapeworm. I eat anything and don't gain weight. Failure to thrive still
lurking? Possibly.

As my late uncle, the good Dr. Frank MacInnis (author of The Aging Game)
said, tis better to wear out than rust out. So, use it or lose it.

If you're ever in New Brunswick, come on by for some home made Italian bread
(made that last week and it's great) and some home-made spagetti. If you're
very, very good, I'll even mix up a batch of Bailey's Irish Cream.

Cheers!

Carla
