HI all-

Well got dismissed from PT today which I had been doing for my back. So this
course of PT lasted all of 8 weeks. They said that they wern;t seeing the
kind of improvment they would like and that they had exasusted all the
modalities. Personaly I think just the act of going to something that
valadated that I am feeling pain helps. you know it's pretty easy to say to
your self this is not happening and such. So anyway they have dismissed me
for now but say "don't hessitate to call if things start acting up again".

The key to managing all of this is of course time managment--that being just
don;t do much of anything and then my back won't hurt--that is what I did
last week on spring break and did not have any problem but the minute I tryed
to do anything like the 3 hours of volounteer work on wensday it flared back
up again. To bad we can;t just sit around and take our time and get not
alot done every week...we all know that's not the way the world works though.

Yours,
