Dear Friends

Just read Anne Solowski's post on Cairol hair Dyes.

Didn't even think of this one can anyone in Australia help me out with a
hair dye. I use Excellence which is made by Clairol, have noticed after
colouring my hair I am usually very fatigued and nauseated, had been
suspicious of the dye but never even thought to read the label and that
may contain gluten. Boy this life is hard sometimes seems to be always
something that you don't suspect. well I know someone out there will be
able to help because  this list is making my life so much easier.
