There have been two things recently listed by someone on this list as
possibly containing gluten. They are: charcoal briquettes and balsamic
vinegar. I contacted CSA and they have no information of briquettes
causing problems for celiacs, and balsamic vinegar is made from grapes
that are then aged in wooden barrels. A blend of vinegars could cause a
problem, but pure balsamic should not.

If someone has factual information about these items, please let all of
us on the list know. Otherwise, false info just causes more worry and
concern.
