The link works fine for me. Going to the page I find "The childhood
cumulative incidence rates (aged < or = 15 years) per 100,000 live births
were 143, 141, 72, and 80 respectively." Not per 1000. Taking the
reciprocals I get 1in 700, 1 in 1400, and 1 in 1250.
