After baking up a storm for the holidays, I noticed a pattern in regards
to cakes and cookies sticking to the pan. In a large percent of the
cases, whenever I used a non-stick spray.....they stuck. It seems that
Mazola spray was more of a problem than Pam [slightly].
When I used butter or Crisco....none stuck! Even the first pizzelles
did not stick!
Neither did brownies, biscotti, sugar cookies and all the others I made.
I'm tossing the sprays.
