My 11 yr old son is going to diabetes camp (Gainseville Tx) in 3 weeks. I
will have to provide all of his food for the 5 day session because he also
has celiac. I looking for suggestions for bread that will keep the entire 5
days. He has tried the Kingsmill Country White Bread, and says its "o.k."
but would rather try something else. I have always made his bread using
Bette Hagmans White Sandwich Bread recipe. I am just concerned that it won't
stay fresh for that long.

The camp has sent me the menu for the week and I will duplicate everything as
close as I can so that he can eat like the other kids.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
