I recently wrote to Ka-Me foods and asked for a gluten free list, and
specifically for the GF status of their Hoisin sauce.  I am enclosing their
response below.

They tell me that they are currently working on composing a GF list.  I will
pass it on when I receive it.

Our manufacturer tells us that the Hoisin does not contain any wheat,rye or
barley.  The starch is a corn starch.
