Personally, I had luck finding almond flour at a health food store
(Toronto) and I found almond flour, hazelnut flour and pecan meal at a
bulk barn store. Many respondants told me that they make their own
flour grinding up nuts in a coffee bean grinder, blender, or food
processor -- they just said to make sure that you used a steel blade.

Best of luck to everyone -- if anyone has any good recipes using nut
flours that they can recommend, I would love to have them. I have
Elaine Gotschall's Book --- Breaking the Vicous Cycle which includes a
few...but if anyone has any others....???

Best wishes for good health....and happy holiday baking.
