The Brazoria County Texas Celiac Support Group will hold their monthly
meeting on Thursday, September 14, at 7:00 PM.  We will meet in the
Frank W. Stevens Wellness Center 140 Hospital Drive in Angleton Texas.
This month Karen Thirtle has put together a food show, with lots of
samples from many Gluten Free Companies.  Ron Bisbee will also be
demonstrating how to make a Roux with Sweet Rice Flour.  Samples of his
famous Gumbo will be available to all in attendance.  Come Hungry and
bring your family and friends.   Don't Forget the University of Maryland
