I have received several pounds of sticky (or glutinous) rice flour. Does
anyone know if it can be used interchangeably with plain white rice flour?
I know it has different qualities but I thought if certain other ingredients
(like sugar) were changed I might be able to use it in place of regular rice
flour. If anyone has any tips I sure would appreciate them. Thanks, Sandy
