Hi everyone - this is a summary of our request for info about where to
eat on a recent trip to Boston.
Lots of people recommended the chain Legal Seafoods to
us - and we found they were
really knowledgable about celiac and
really helpful. The food was really
fantastic - but expensive.
We also ate one night at PJChang's, a
chinese place (both this and a
Legal Seafoods are very near the Park
Plaza Hotel, where we stayed) They
have some rice noodle dishes, as well as
lots of rice, steamed veg etc.
Also very good.
Aside from that we just sort of winged
it. Asking places to heat up some
of our daughter's food (she's the celiac
in the family) along with our
orders etc, or simply asking for grilled chicken, or a burger (without
the bun of course) and steamed veggies.
Our daughter's only 3 so we can't be sure, but we think it went well.
She didn't get sick, didn't complain of being sick, and ate really well.
Thanks for your help.
