Hi all,
I just bought Bette's new book and I would love to hear from anyone who
has tried out some of the recipes. How is the four flour bean mix and
the featherlight rice flour mix? What are your favorite bread recipes
in the book? Where are the best places to get egg replacer, unflavored
gelatin, garfava bean flour, sorghum flour and almond meal or NutQuik.
Any other suggestions for making great bread would be appreciate.
