In noticing the posts concerning mouth sores on the INSIDE of your mouth,
I wondered if anyone else has a problem with sore and/or cracks on the
outsides of your mouth where the lips meet?

I've had problems off and on over the years, but never had a name for it.
Right now I'm experiencing an outbreak and it's painful to open my mouth
very wide.

Upon doing research on the internet I found the condition is called:
Angular stomatitis

Here is the url of a picture showing someone with the problem:

If you have this problem, I will appreciate you're feedback as to how you
treat it and with what.

I will gladly summarize for the group.

Thanks,

Bonnie :) in Michigan
