You folks are usually way ahead of me on this sort of story, but so far I
haven't seen mention of a study I heard mentioned on the radio yesterday
morning.  It was to the effect that men who consume soy products (or did
they specifically mention tofu?) twice a week or more, have lower levels
of brain function.
