Mary <[log in to unmask]> asked:
How much pemmican should we eat in one day?

There is not set amount. Different people have different activity levels,
different caloric needs, different metabolic rates.

>>>I know it is nutrient dense but my son keeps wanting more.
Should I limit the amount?

NOOOOO! :-)) Unless your son has a huge belly or is otherwise "overfat"
please don't limit how much he eats of nourishings foods. Many people
underestimate how many calories they need and how many their kids need.
Growing kids often need as many calories as an adult.

If it was cookies, chips, soda, pizza---I'd say WHOAAAA---you need growing
food! And I'd give a child tons of that and prepare it in tasty ways. It's
great that your son wants more pemmican and not junk food (like so many kids
and their parents).
