Hello everyone.

I don't know what happened but I'm running Windows 2000 and when I went into
settings to access the control panel, it's no longer there. I need to
change settings in there. I ran control.exe but I got a message saying I
didn't have permissions and that I should contact my system administrator.
I haven't changed my account or password so I can't figure out what's wrong.

I am the only one who uses this computer.

Can I somehow bypass these settings somewhere?

I don't remember setting up an administrator account as I wanted it to be my
default.

Any ideas?

James
