Howdy all, I started this thread a short time ago. I guess what I am really
after is a answer to this question. I have Win/95-C on my 266 MHZ machine.
Some folks have told me to upgrade to at least Win/98. I have a 6 GB hard
drive with only 1 GB used in 4 years.
What would I really gain by upgrading. Yes, I will up raise the amount of
RAM from my current 64 to 256, but still would like a not-too- technical
reason for me to do the upgrade to 98. The amount of information of how to
to do the upgrade was spectacular and very well received, but the question I
am asking still wonders around in my white, speckled with gray hair, head.
Any thoughts on why?
Thanks,
Morey
