Thank you Daniel for this posting about the findings of the court and the
FCC.  It is not only those who have visual impairments that benefit from
this.  There are many family members, and business associates that have had
to do the describing for their loved ones.  And, I for one don't do nearly
as good a job as the professionals at describing, I get distracted to
easily.  So, many more folks need to make sure their appreciation is
noticed.  We need contacts to send our thanks and congratulations to.  Do
you have them.  You may send this to the other list to get those contacts if
you need to.
