The best one that I am aware of is a company that my wife represents,
International Teamworks Inc. (ITI)
This company offers long distance service which is billed in 6 second
increments at 5.9 cents per minute (state to state), in state rates
are different for each state ours here in Oklahoma is 10 cents per
minute which is again billed in 6 second increments, there is a $3.95
per month service fee, you also receive a toll free number billed at
your long distance rates, you can request at no charge a calling card
which is billed at 13.9 cents a minute in 6 second increments.  All of
these rates are good 24/7 and are not pre-pay.

ITI also offers Cellular, Paging, Internet service, Home security,
Satellite TV, Web Hosting, and a Web mall.   If you would like to take
