Hi Harry,

Hit your windows key to open the start menu.
Hit S for settings. You'll then hear "control Panel". Hit enter.
Hit the letter "d" as many times as necessary(probably only one) until you
hear date/time, and hit enter.
This opens the Date/time dialog box, and you will most likely be in the
month edit box. You can then hit the first letter of the month you wish to
go to, again as many times as necessary to get to the month you want.
Hit tab to move to the next field, the year. Use the up and down arrow to
move to the appropriate year. i had to give the say word or say line
command to get it to read what I was on. Continue moving on to the next
field, again with tab, probably the calander day of the month. Use your
arrow
keys to move to the correct date and tab again to move to the next field,
probably the hour. Here you can use the up and down arrows to move one at a
time, or you can delete the hour and type the correct one in. Tab to the
minutes, seconds, am/pm adjusting each as needed in the same manner.
Tab to time zone, and arrow to the correct time zone.
If you live in a state/time zone with daylight savings time you can tab to a
check box and use space bar if needed to check "automatically adjust clock
for daylight saving"
Tab to the ok button and hit enter.

I'm running windows millenium, so whether the order will be exactly the same
on all computers, I don't know, but this should give you the idea.

Patty Arnold
