Specifically we would like to know your feedback and impressions of:
1) The NCI Audio links-
Did you find the links easily? What did you expect to happen before
you clicked on the links "Listen and Read", "Listen", and "Read"?
2) The audio formats-
Were you able to identify the different types of audio formats
available for you? Were you unable to find the audio format you
wanted to use?
3) The navigation-
Did you find it difficult to navigate through the site? Did you
reach a point where you were unable to navigate further into the
site? If
so, where?
4) The audio format and instructions
Did the audio format table assist you in determining what audio
formats
are available?
5) Audio selections-
What audio formats did you select first? In terms of quality of
sound, did you prefer one audio format to another? If so, why?
6) Audio quality-
Approximately how long did it take for the audio to begin playing?
Was there any difference in terms of time for the audio to begin
playing
on your computer when you chose different audio formats?
7) Did you find the reading speed of the audio was too fast, too
slow, or about right?
8) Tools you are using-
Are you using a screen reader? If so, what type? Are you using a
Braille display device? If so, what kind? Are you using a screen
magnifier?
If so, what kind?
9) Other Feedback -
Please provide any other comments, both positive and negative, about
your initial experience testing the NCI Audio section.
10) Would you be interested in participating in future testing of
different products and services offered by the National Cancer
Institute? If yes, please leave an email address to contact you
with.
Thank you for your time and participation.
