homegrocer.com is a web site from which one can order home-delivered
groceries but the web site is not speech friendly. We talked to their
customer service (800 668-0201) in January and were told they were working
on it and there were plans to have an accessible web site by March. We've
periodically checked and found the problems unresolved. We talked to them
again yesterday and were told we were misinformed. I called back and
obtained the name of the president, a Mr. Terry Drayton. I was told his

I would appreciate it if those interested in having access to such a service
write to the president and request his intervention. If someone could send
him a resource to make their web site accessible, I would appreciate that,
