Bob,

According to the fellow I spoke to at MicronPC, the machines they are
touting include three years of technical support done on-site.  The
machines are definitely powerful enough to run any of today's screen
reading technology.  In fact I have installed screen readers on about 10
computers that people have purchased from MicronPC in the last few months.

There's no free lunch but some of these offers are worth exploring in my
opinion.
