Thanks Mark, I disabled Spread Spectrum but couldn't find anything regarding
the CPU pipeline. My vendor says that FIC informed them that there were
some quality control issues with these motheboards. I'm returning it for
one they are going to test before shipping to me. I think the issue has
something to do with IRQ steering as they told me disabling it might cure
the problem (but it didn't). Guess that's the price I pay for being on the
(b)leading edge. If anyone else is thinking of this setup, you might want
to ask your vendor to test it before you take delivery.
