There is something called a non-maskable interrupt (I think).
It will make your computer "so" busy, it will appear to be frozen.
Usually, the kind I see are of very brief duration.
An example (for me) would be when JUNO changes the "ADs"
in the AD banner...  A real pain when typing...
I think you need to determine what is running that might cause
this and do some "weeding out" from there if possible.

Now what happens is that my system seems to hesitate at random points, by
hesitate I mean that it'll temporarily freeze (well at least keyboard/mouse
and video will freeze up, sometimes whatever program was running will
continue to run).
