I bought a used Panasonic KXP-2023; it works fine in the self-test mode.
But when I connected it to my Windows 98 computer and selected the
proper driver, the test page that Windows prints is a few lines of
garble, space through to the next page, a few more lines of garble, space
down to the next page again, etc.
Windows then asks me if results were good--when I say no, it dials up the
internet and takes me to a page that lets me choose my results. I click
on the "prints garble" choice, then I click on the "Next" box at the
bottom of the page, and the screen blinks and then gives me the same page
again. I again make the "prints garble" choice and click "Next," and
again it blinks and gives me the same page again.
Where do I go from here? My printer cable is brand new, by the way....
Thanks,
Dan Hughes
