Bryon -- the short answer is to go to Packard Bell's web site and enter your
computer's make/model and serial number and it is possible that you may find
that info. In that doesn't help, you can usually d/l the zipped copy of the
manual or e-mail tech support.  The disadvantage to using their e-mail tech
support is that it is not always accurate and a lot of the suggestions
recommended, you may already have tried.  Here is the URL,
