You can find 128 MB of PC100 SDRAM for $100 now.

I paid $140 for a Crucial Technologies (Micron)
128 MB PC133 ECC SDRAM DIMM last week. This is
a high end product which is more expensive than
plain PC100.

SDRAM prices are back down again.
