I've heard that Stokes Pharmacy (www.stokesrx.com) is a good compounding
pharmacy.  I don't know the phone number, but there's the web address.
It's located in Medford, NJ.

As I understand it, compounding pharmacies are less likely to be able to
work with medications that are still under patent protection.  (That's because
the manufacturer is less likely to give them the raw ingredients to work
with.)
