In the US, bread machines run anywhere from $50 to $200, with good machines
throughout the price range. They are sold under several brand names.

They typically consist of a removable container that mixes, kneads, and
then bakes a 1-2 pound loaf of bread, in approx 3 hours. You put in the
ingredients (yeast, flour, salt, sugar, margarine, water,...) in the
prescribed order, push a few buttons, and it does the rest.

You should be able to find then at any kitchen supply store, most
department and discount stores.
