Aunty jabou, you wrote the following: "The only ones that last are the ones who pay hommage to whatever the Boss
says, without conscience, without putting any thought process into the
action, they just dance like puppets when their string is pulled. Period, and
this will continue to be the case under this regime whose main focus is to do
whatever it takes to stay where they are, and the idea of an AG that has free
reign to investigate their many crimes would be like them deliberately
shooting themselves in the foot."
I certainly would want to think Mr. Secka the former AG.and Mr Momodou Bojang, X interior minister were exceptions to the above.
I agree that if anyone does not want to serve Jammeh to his tune, they are dismissed and I do not think there is anything wrong with that in politics.there is nothing better than loyality in any togetherness. What is wrong is if they have to sacrifice their integrity and nationality. It is obviuos that in any government, there are bound to be people like that.I think as an individual people will make their decisions, and some certainly as we are witnessing, will go to the extend of ebing more loyal to a government than the people.
This is very unfortunate.
Ousman Bojang.
