I used to work for a guy who talked of going down to "Pennsyl-tucky" on
jobs. Considering we were based in Cortland, NY...

The company, then ETL Testing Labs (they perform tests for manufacturers to
third party standards like UL, ASTM, ASME, ANSI, etc., was an interesting
mix of people who had followed the company up from NYC, the local folks
suffering from a depressed economy that included plant closings like
Thompson boats, Wilson tennis rackets, Smith Corona typwriters, Brockways
trucks, lately Rubbermaid...), and a bunch of us young kids out of
college...

Or as we call it just up the highway in my hometown of
Holly, MI, "Ypsi-tucky." The same as Walled Lake
somehow became "Wall-tucky." Then again, maybe it's
just my mom that does that.

Congrats!
