Hi:

In response to the question below, the golden parachute often implies that
someone is being bribed (often with money and/or impressive-sounding
titles) to leave an organization.  My cynnical side believes that the
gentlemen in question will, in the next year, gradually fade away into the
sunset as far as Freedom Scientific is concerned.

We'll see.

syndrom is
and what you meant by it in reference to Freedom Scientific?
