Bassem,

If the computer is able to run in DOS then I would suspect a problem with
the Win95 configuration that is causing it to crash.  Are you able to start
Win95 in safe mode?  Once Win95 is in safe mode you should be able to check
for IRQ or other conflicts in "Device Manager".  If there are not any
conflicts then I would look to a software problem, corrupted or missing
files or drivers, or a misbehaving program.
