You are herewith requested to please indicate, either publicly or privately, the
amount so far collected in your respective countries of residence and how soon
you will be able to effect transfers to the Account in Europe. In case you
expect to collect more money, please indicate the estimated amount and the
expected time of collection and transfer to the Europe account of G-L. You will
be of great help to us, as we urgently need correct estimates for concrete
action. Meanwhile, consultations have been going on and the List will soon be
