Pat, I would find out if the blind professor and the two students have a
need for this in braille! The content is research related to aspects of
blindness and low vision...if it's not germane to their fields, I don't know
why they would, a priori, need it in braille. It's not the kind of journal
that blind people per se sit and browse.
        Just my thoughts as a librarian who serves people in the blind community
and knows this journal.
