Thank you to the several people who took the time to respond. I got
serveral very useful suggestions/instructions and have been able to make
at least two very good tasting breads without adding any fat.
Becasue I believe this is a "narrow market", I will not summarize the
sugestions. I invite anyone who is interested to contact me and I will
forward them to you.

This group has been very helpful as well as very interesting.
