Hi All.
My husband invented this recipe last weekend so I wouldn't feel left out
of their Super Bowl Slobfest. He isn't a baker, so it may need some
tweaking but it is a GREAT cookie!
1 cup Smucker's/Laura Scudders Natural peanut butter
1 cup C & H medium brown sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips (of your choice, we use Guittard semi sweet, but
they have traces of dairy)
1 tbs rice/soy milk, vanilla or cocoa flavors
1 egg
mix together ingredients
bake 400 degrees, 8-12 minutes (depending on how "toasty" you like the
flavor). eat. Oh by the way, make them the shape you like them on the
non-stick or greased cookie sheet as they don't shift or rise in baking.
If they're too thick the egg doesn't get fully cooked in the middle.
If you make it without egg (which is good, too) then you can have it as
thick as you want it.
