Hi!

I was just flipping through TV, and I saw this infomercial for the
"Hamilton Beach Flatbread Meal Maker." It was rather neat, with a
skillet on top and a tortilla maker on the bottom. It makes tortillas
and flatbread in 8 seconds. I was wondering if anyone here has one, or
knows if a corn or rice-based bread will work in it. They made stuffed
pizzas, pizza shells, salad bowls, and tons of other goodies, and it
looks like it would be a good investment for celiacs if GF bread could
be used. I think it was $120.

Thanks for any info!!
