wish i'd been more careful last night. went home to make a stirfry with
veggies and tofu. used westbrae tamari sauce, read the label several times,
no mention of barley. i thought i would be okay. it appears, tho, that
barley or SOMETHING was included in the product but not the label, because
i paid the price within an hour of eating, and usually if i'm contaminated,
it takes a day or so.

so is there tamari i can use? i love stir fry! and i had ignored most of
the posts about soy sauce because i thought i'd already found a good one.
so much for smug.
