Dear listmates,

I learn more from you than from anyone else! I hope someone can help me with
this one:

Since being diagnosed last May, I have noticed that my eyes have been dryer.
This causes some problems with comfort and clarity in my contact lenses
(gas-permeable rigid). It is inconvenient, but I put up with it.

This winter I have noticed that the mucous membranes in my nose are very
uncomfrotably dry. I use a whole-house humidifier and supplement it with a
cool-mist humidifier in my bedroom, but I still have problems.

I used to use Rhinocort, but have not used it for some time - the nasal
stuffiness I used to have has gone since I have been GF.

If anyone can suggest something, I would appreciate it, and I will summarize.
