Now I've never eaten crawfish as we called 'em in Texas. We used to catch
them out of creeks by lowering a strip of bacon on a strings. The meat from
the tails make good catfish bait. We caught a lot of catfish. Crawfish are
just tiny fresh water lobsters.

We need to name this National Symposium of the Dietary Delights of Red Necks
