Yes kyle... a new friend will be visiting me from ohio. she says that ucp has
teamed up with mental heath/mr, and is not good at services for non MR
people, so she's thinking abt moving here.  it's a shame. and that in
cleveland, she says paratransit costs $45.00 per ride! Ack!
