You are right , Trish I was quoting a poet (whose name I forgot) about the
"slices of death". I absolutely enjoy my periods of sleep- they ARE a good
thing. But, you know what they say about too much of a good thing. Like you,
I now go to sleep quicker and wake up more refreshed. Just don't need as much
time in between
