Hi Mary
Here in Holland horsemeat is easily available. It is not expensive and I found
out last weekend that it makes wonderful jerky (with thanks to Michael for his
description of how to make it).
The taste is a bit sweeter because of the iron containing blood in it.
The kids and me love it!!!
