Amen, brother!!! I have had a major slip back into
eating some no-no's (well, okay, just one won't hurt).
Well, that just one turned into more and more. I am
back to fighting off the cravings again. I did learn
alot from this though. 1. I get headaches,
congestion and swollen joints when I eat grain. 2.
That stuff is ***extremely*** addicting (at least for
me).

The one upside to all of it was that I managed to
limit it to 1 time of the day and I did not gain that
much weight back, <5 pounds.
