Hello All,

There is something that i've been wondering...
Regarding potatoes, my husband and his family eat raw
potatoes at gatherings. I've never eaten them raw
and take it that they aren't supposed to be eaten raw???

I'm just curious now, since they seem to eat and
enjoy them raw with no visible ill effects...
