Bravo, Beth. You hit the nail on the head. In fact, I
would go one step further and say that humans are
almost always contradictory. And hypocritical.

Idealistic ramblings are usually just ... ramblings.
Everyone wants to "save the planaet" from the ravages
of humankind and ultimately "get back to nature", but
nobody wants to give up their favorite luxuries and
technologies to accomplish this. The inevitable
solution is: let someone else make the sacrifice, not ME!
